Drop—In at CUPS (lower level). U of C Law Students can answer questions & represent you in matters concerning civil claims, tenant/landlord issues, criminal, traffic, & family court.

Learn the basic’s of Nurturing Parenting in any, or all, of 10 weekly sessions. Thursday evenings (5:30-8:00 includes supper) or Monday Mornings from 10:00-12:00pm.
Location: Sessions will be held at the Child Development Center on the bottom floor.

For CUPS Clients 18+. Respectful Participation, Doctors Approval for yoga, No Previous Experience Necessary. All mats and props provided.
Max 10 participants per class. Arrive by 1pm if its your first class to complete intake and registration forms.
Dental Extraction Clinic: Must see a nurse in the main clinic get an appointment to access this service. Must be 18 years and over. Must have no other coverage for dental care.

Mar 5th - Session 2: Building problem-solving skills
Mar 12th - Session 3: Promoting positive activities
Mar 19th - Session 4: Managing reactions
Mar 26th - Session 5: Promoting helpful thinking
Apr 2nd - Session 6: Building healthy social connections
The Schedule repeats every 6 weeks.
